In His Hands Family Medicine understands the complications that can come with insurance claims.  We want to make the process easier for  you.  We accept most major insurance plans.  Our office will file your insurance claim for you.  If there is a question regarding your insurance, we will be glad to assist you in contacting your insurance carrier.

Our office accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Debit cards for your convenience, as well as cash and checks.  Returned checks will be subject to a service charge.  Should we need to bill you for services performed, our office will send you a statement shortly after your visit.  Any outstanding balances are due within 15 days of the statement.  You may pay your bill at our office in person, pay with credit card (online or via telephone) or mail a check to the office address.  As a courtesy, we will send you two billing statements.  If after two billing cycles we have not received your payment, you will be asked to pay cash for any subsequent non-emergent visits.  After 60 days you may be sent to collections if we have not received any payments.  All balances that reach 75 days may result in termination from the practice.
